AI Commands — Slices & Segmentation
Slice & Contrast Controls
| What you can say | What happens |
|---|---|
| ”Set contrast level 400 on axial” | Adjusts HU window level |
| ”Set window 1500 on coronal” | Adjusts HU window width |
| ”Reset contrast” | Resets all slices to default |
| ”Apply XRay color map” | Changes slice visualization (XRay, Jet, Turbo, Plasma, Viridis) |
| “Cinematic axial” | Activates cine animation on axial slice |
| ”Stop cinematic” | Stops all cine animations |
Clipping
| What you can say | What happens |
|---|---|
| ”Clip X at 50%“ | Clips geometry/volume along X axis |
| ”Clip Y from 20% to 80%“ | Range clipping on Y axis |
| ”Show planar cuts” | Displays cross-section planes |
| ”Hide planar cuts” | Hides cross-section planes |
AI Segmentation
The assistant can trigger AI-powered organ segmentation directly from loaded CT scans:
| What you can say | What happens |
|---|---|
| ”Segment aorta” | AI segments the aorta from the loaded CT |
| ”Segment lungs” | Segments lung parenchyma (+ airways automatically) |
| “Segment cardiac” | Segments heart and cardiac structures |
| ”Segment trachea” | Segments the tracheal tree |
| ”Extract lobes” | Segments the 5 lung lobes |
How it works: The assistant sends the CT scan data to GPU-accelerated AI models (Auto3DSeg, TfeNet, Lungmask). Segmentation runs in the background and the result appears automatically in the 3D viewer when ready.
Monitoring Segmentation
| What you can say | What happens |
|---|---|
| ”What anatomies does the patient have?” | Lists all segmented organs with volumes |
| ”Is the segmentation done?” | Shows completed and in-progress segmentations |
| ”List anatomies” | Same as above, detailed list with statistics |
